Dr. Jordan Gough

Registered Osteopath

Dr Jordan Gough is an osteopath at Osteoworks with a clinical focus on postural conditions, workplace-related injuries and sports rehabilitation. Jordan works with a wide range of patients — from desk workers experiencing neck and back pain to athletes returning to sport after injury.

Jordan understands that most pain is cumulative — built up over time through posture, workload and repetitive patterns. Her assessments go deeper than the site of pain to identify the contributing factors, and her treatment plans combine hands-on therapy with practical, achievable strategies to address the cause.

She also has a strong interest in return-to-sport programs, working with patients to progressively rebuild strength, mobility and confidence after injury.
