Pain that comes with city work
Long days at a desk, back-to-back video calls and a daily commute put steady load on your body. The problems we see most often from CBD workers
include neck and shoulder tension, tension-type headaches, lower back stiffness after sitting and sore wrists or forearms.
At your appointment we look at how you move and how your workday is shaping your symptoms. We find what is driving the pain, treat it hands-on
and give you a plan, so it stops coming back.
Appointments that fit around your workday
We are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 7:30pm. That means you can book before work, over a long lunch or on the way home. Every appointment is at
least 30 minutes, one-on-one with your osteopath, and HICAPS is on site so you can claim your private health rebate on the spot.
Why city workers book with us
Most people who work in the CBD do not want to fight for a parking space or rush back across the city for an appointment.
Because we sit just outside the city on the Kangaroo Point side of the river, visits are quick and parking is on site.
Patients from the CBD typically book early-morning sessions before work or a lunchtime appointment, then head straight back to the office.
Getting to us from the city
Osteoworks is at Shop 4 & 5, 738 Main Street, Kangaroo Point, a short trip across the river from the CBD. There is
free onsite parking, so you can arrive without circling the block. The clinic is wheelchair accessible and sits right next door to the KFC on Main Street, so it is easy to find.
