Born in Tasmania and raised in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of Northern New South Wales, Jay completed his Osteopathic Masters
Degree with Southern Cross University in 2014.
Upon discovering a love for long distance running as a child, to this day Jay never lost his passion for maintaining an active lifestyle.
After achieving goals such as the Gold Coast Marathon as well as several iconic trail runs throughout the mountainous South Island of New
Zealand, he turned his sights to some less solitary sports, eventually leading to his current obsession with competitive Grappling and
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Jay brings proven hands on techniques to your appointment to provide relief and address the underlying cause of any issues that might be
bothering you. Think better movement, relaxed muscles and freer joints! Massage, mobilisation, stretching are all on the table in his
treatments.
He has a vast knowledge of preventative prehab and rehab approaches to strengthen, balance and stabilise your weak areas through gentle and
individualised beginner exercises that can be tailored to almost any age or stage of your healing process. Jay has a particular knack for
assisting those returning to exercise/hobbies/training after time off.
