- Make sure you’re hydrated — dehydration can lead to stiffness, aches, and pains. Staying well-hydrated can reduce the severity of your symptoms.
- Try using heat therapy or an ice pack. Both can help reduce inflammation and pain in your knees. Choose whichever feels most comforting to you.
- Get up and move — sitting with knees bent for long periods can cause stiffness. Stand, stretch, and move around regularly.
