Strengthening the Lumbar Spine

We've talked about the importance of relaxing the hip flexors in relation to working with the lumbar spine. We've also looked at a stretch to mobilise the lumbar spine. 

Now, it's time to look at an easy exercise to build strength in your lumbar spine (your lower-back area).
