Neck Mobility exercises for a tight neck


Extremely useful and easy gentle neck mobility exercises to help restore normal neck movement following common complaints like 'sleeping wrong' (facet sprains). 


These exercises are easily performed while sitting at your work desk or even on your couch.


Perform approximately 20 reps in each direction shown (or more if you feel it is helping) will assist in regaining the lost movement in your neck!
