Dr Lydia Thompson
Lydia is passionate about the human body and how it functions which influences her approach to treatment with the intention of getting you back to doing this things you love (or the things you just need to be able to do).
Lydia uses a holistic approach to treatment and management of a range of injuries/complaints incorporating her previous experience working in gyms and her current study in Nutrition into her Osteopathic treatment to help her patients work towards their goals.
In the past she has worked with the Western Spurs Football Club (AFL) as well as helping out at other local Football clubs as a Sports Trainer. She also worked at a Women’s only gym while studying giving training advice and guidance to a variety of clients, in particular she loved running the Mum’s and Bub’s classes!
Outside of work Lydia is keen to learn how to surf having moved to the sunshine state from Victoria where she completed her Masters in Health Science (Osteopathy) and is also attempting to train for the Noosa triathlon.
